Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a Mobile Designer for their Chiswick Showroom. In this role, you will inspire customers with possibilities in kitchen and bedroom designs, guiding them through the entire process from inquiry to realization. You will receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Mobile Designer to join our team in the Chiswick Showroom! Our cutting‑edge showrooms serve as an endless source of inspiration for our customers. With our Mobile Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience. You’ll receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.

Main Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren’s kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality.
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers’ homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You’ll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
• Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.
• Ensure you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

• Previous experience working to sales targets in a retail environment is desirable.

Must hold a full driving licence and be able to meet company driver approval requirements, including DVLA licence checks or equivalent verification to the company’s satisfaction prior to appointment.
