Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited is recruiting a Mobile Designer to operate from the Tamworth Showroom. You will meet customers in their homes, showcase Wren designs, and guide the end-to-end design process from inquiry through to completion.

A basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000 awaits the right candidate. Expect world-class product and sales training, a one-week residential program at our Academy, and strong opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Prev experience in KBB/fitted furniture sales.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Basic DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality.
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
• Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.

With our Mobile Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience. You'll receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.

Main Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

• Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
• Full UK manual driving license with 6 or less penalty points
• Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.

Applications are subject to a basic DBS check, convictions considered on a individual basis.

Must hold a full driving licence and be able to meet company driver approval requirements, including DVLA licence checks or equivalent verification to the company's satisfaction prior to appointment.
