Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited in Dundee is seeking a Mobile Designer to join our showrooms team. You will inspire customers with our kitchen and bedroom designs, guide them from first inquiry to the final design, and conduct in-home surveys to capture measurements and reference photos.

The role offers a competitive basic salary of £26,436.80 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000, plus world-class training, staff benefits, and clear opportunities to progress across our rapidly expanding business.

Qualifications

• Experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Full UK manual driving licence with 6 or less penalty points.
• Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time.

Responsibilities

• Explain the survey process to the customer during visits.

About The Role

We're looking for a Mobile Designer to join our team in the Dundee Showroom!

Our cutting-edge showrooms serve as an endless source of inspiration for our customers. With our Mobile Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience.

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary of £26,436.80 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality.
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
• Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

• Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.

Applications are subject to a basic DBS check, convictions considered on a individual basis. Must hold a full driving licence and be able to meet company driver approval requirements, including DVLA licence checks or equivalent verification to the company's satisfaction prior to appointment.
