Wren Kitchens in Hemel Hempstead showroom is seeking a Mobile Designer to guide customers from initial inquiry to the first design, turning dreams into reality. You’ll survey homes, measure accurately, and manage your schedule to deliver personalised kitchen and bedroom designs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
• Full UK manual driving license with 6 or fewer penalty points.
• Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.

• Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos.
• Explain this process to the customer during your visit.
• Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.

About The Role

We're looking for a Mobile Designer to join our team in the Hemel Hempstead Showroom.

Our cutting‑edge showrooms serve as an endless source of inspiration for our customers. With our Mobile Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience.

You will receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.
