Job Description

We are seeking a Front of House Reception – Mobile Cover Representative to provide professional and flexible reception cover across multiple locations. This role involves greeting visitors, managing couriers and deliveries, and supporting building management to ensure a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide seamless temporary reception cover, managing visitor expectations and ensuring a professional environment.
• Greet and manage visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Represent key stakeholders positively and knowledgeably.
• Manage couriers, post, and deliveries efficiently.
• Perform general administrative tasks and submit weekly activity reports.

Building Management Support

• Develop relationships with clients, agents, and contractors.
• Maintain the reception area’s presentation and manage vacant spaces for viewing.
• Collaborate with property and facilities managers to ensure effective contractor work.
• Report issues promptly and prioritize building security.

Additional Tenant Experience

• Familiarize yourself with local amenities and site notes.
• Support promotional events and site activities as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
