Berry Recruitment Group is seeking two Community Care Assistants to provide domiciliary care in Wellingborough and surrounding areas. This mobile role requires driving between client homes and access to your own car.

You will help with personal care, medication support, meals, and daily living, following care plans. Enhanced DBS, driving licence, and mandatory training are required; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Ability to travel between different client homes.
• Mandatory training certificates: Manual handling and people handling; Food hygiene; Risk assessment; Fire safety; COSHH; Infection prevention and control; Medication training; Safeguarding; PEG training; Behaviour that challenges; GDPR and data protection; Syringe training.

Responsabilités

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living
• Supporting clients with medication
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Carrying out general household cleaning
• Supporting clients with independence and wellbeing
• Assisting with moving and handling where required
• Following individual care plans and risk assessments
• Maintaining client dignity, privacy and confidentiality
• Following health and safety and infection control procedures
