Essex Cares Limited in Shoreham-by-Sea is recruiting Care Assistants for our community reablement service. You will help customers relearn daily living skills, assist with personal care, medication support, mobility and meals in home and community settings.

A car and a full driving licence with business insurance are essential as you will travel around Shoreham and surrounding areas; full induction and mentoring ensure you are confident and competent in the role.

Formación

• Experience as a Care Assistant in community reablement is preferred.
• Must have a full driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to travel around Shoreham and surrounding area.
• Fully trained with mentor support during induction.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers relearn daily living skills at home or in the community.
• Assist with personal care, medication support, mobility and meal preparation.
• Receive induction, mentor support and ongoing training to progress within the company.
