Optical Express is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee our East Midlands clinic network, driving commercial and operational performance. The role involves leading a high-performing team, ensuring excellent patient care, and stepping in to cover AL or sickness when required.

Hours are 40 per week, including weekends, with generous benefits and opportunities to grow within a global organisation.

• Strong management experience within Optical, healthcare or high-end retail setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Articulate, motivated to achieve, and willingness to learn and progress.
• Full clean driving licence with access to own transport.

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial performance of the clinic and team.
• Maintain professional standards and clinic presentation.
• Manage clinic diary and scheduling.
• Provide clear daily guidance to the team and patients.
• Recruit, induct, coach and support staff to meet knowledge and competency levels.
• Advise patients on suitable solutions for their needs.

Due to a continued increase in workload, we are recruiting an experienced Clinic Manager to support our clinic network in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will work alongside our existing Clinic Managers to drive the commercial and operational performance of our clinics in the East Midlands and step in to support in clinics to cover AL or sickness when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial performance of a high-performing team and clinic overall.
• Display an exceptional level of professional standards.
• Management of clinic diary.
• Provide clear and concise communication to team on daily expectations.
• Ensure the practice is presentable and maintained to the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness which showcase the professional image of Optical Express.
• Help recruit, induct, coach, and support the team to ensure all team members meet acceptable levels of knowledge and competence.
• Ensure the team influences and advises potential patients on the most suitable and appropriate solution for their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong management experience within an Optical, healthcare or high-end retail setting.
• Adept at delivering great results through passion for people and by working closely with team members to develop them through performance management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Articulate, motivated to achieve, and willingness to learn and progress within Optical Express.
• Full clean driving licence with access to own transport.

Hours of Work: 40 per week including weekends.
