Job summary

Kindred currently seeks a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee teams across multiple sites in and around Staffordshire. The role requires a valid UK driving licence, DBS clearance, and will involve hands-on cleaning support and stock management.

Working hours are 30 per week, with early and late shifts: 06:00-09:00 and 15:00-18:00, door-to-site coverage, and a vehicle provided for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• DBS check required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to commute across the working area.
• Experience in cleaning or supervising.
• English language skills acceptable, not mandatory as first language.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks.
• Providing hands-on cleaning support as needed.
• Managing cleaning stock and equipment for efficiency.
• Ensuring health & safety and COSHH compliance.
• Building strong relationships with site contacts.
• Travel between sites as part of the role.
