Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across sites around Coventry. The role requires a valid UK driving license and the ability to commute between locations, with a pay rate of £15.00 per hour, Monday–Friday.

You will conduct site inspections, supervise work, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure health and safety compliance including COSHH guidelines. DBS may be required; applications to [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Holder of a valid UK driving license.
• Can reliably commute between sites.
• English as a first language not required.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Provide practical cleaning support and cover as needed.
• Manage cleaning stock, materials and equipment.
• Ensure health and safety, COSHH guidelines, and company procedures.
• Develop strong relationships with site contacts and colleagues.
