Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at Birmingham Dental Hospital and surrounding sites. You will supervise staff, ensure schedules and SLAs are met, and deliver high-standard cleaning across locations in Birmingham, West Midlands.

The role requires previous supervisory and cleaning experience, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently while following safety procedures.

• Ability to follow schedules and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and escalated to line manager when necessary.
