Job summary

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the cleaning team on a daily basis.
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard.
• Carrying out quality audits and site inspections.
• Training, coaching and developing cleaning colleagues.
• Managing stock levels and ordering cleaning materials when required.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures and COSHH regulations are followed.
• Monitoring attendance, timekeeping and performance.
• Reporting any maintenance, health and safety or service issues.
• Building positive working relationships with clients and site management.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and induction of new starters where required.
