Mitie is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor in Northampton to lead cleaning teams across multiple sites, deliver routine cleaning to high standards, and ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

You will manage recruitment, staff development, and schedule adherence, working 40 hours per week on a Monday to Saturday pattern. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive hourly rate of £13.45 and extensive benefits through the Choices platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and elevate to line manager when necessary.
