Job description

We are looking to recruit a part-time Area Cleaning Supervisor for one of our key customers across the Thetford & Ipswich areas.

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, with possible weekend cover as needed
• £12.50 per hour

A Full UK Driving License is required; a company vehicle will be provided.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve high standards of service for the client
• Carry out site inspections using our in-house system and prepare quotes
• Ensure work is delivered to the required standards
• Represent the business and meet with client representatives on sites

What are we looking for?

• UK Manual Driving License
• Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams
• IT literate (use of tablets, smartphones, apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
