Care Team Leader - Nights
Hours of work: 30 hours per week - 10 hour shifts - Shift time 21:00-07:00 - Will include alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
Rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour

As a Care Team Leader, professionalism combined with kindness and compassion is essential. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence.
You will build relationships with residents and their families to ensure personalized care. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will influence team performance and uphold high standards of care.
You will maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues, and support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. Your duties will include providing physical and mental care, administering medication, and conducting medication audits.
Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience in person-centred care planning, and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Leadership experience in care is desirable. A positive attitude, good record-keeping skills, time management, and considerate communication are essential.
