Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor in London. The role involves supervising a cleaning team and supporting deep cleaning duties in the mobile team, with a 36-hour week from Monday to Friday and a 7:30am start.

A valid UK driving license and enhanced DBS are required, and a company van is provided. The applicant will lead on site housekeeping, ensure service standards, and deliver cleaning per SLA.

Responsibilities

• Manage a deep cleaning team across sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and escalated to line manager when necessary.

Job description

Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Rate of pay: £16.50 per hour
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full time
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: London Fire Brigade, sites across the whole of London

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor required to supervise the team and support with deep cleaning duties in the mobile team. You will be completing a minimum of 36 hours per week Monday to Friday at 7.30am start. Enhanced DBS and vetting will be required. You will also need to hold a valid and clean UK driving license. As this role involves you traveling around London. Company van will be provided.
