Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaner to deliver high standards across sites in East Anglia, including Bury St Edmunds. The role is permanent, part-time (30 hours per week) with pay £13.45 per hour and travel time paid. A company van and fuel card will support travel between sites.

Candidates should be reliable, self-driven, and able to communicate clearly in English. Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.

Location: Lloyds Banking Group, 9 Buttermarket, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England, IP33 1DB
Requirement: Clean current UK Driving Licence
Note: You will be paid for both travel time and time spent cleaning on‑site. A company van and fuel card will be provided to support your travel.
