Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Mobile Cleaner to deliver excellent service standards across multiple sites in East Anglia. You will be paid £13.45 per hour, working up to 40 hours per week in a permanent full-time position and will travel between sites with a company van and fuel card provided.

The role focuses on keeping equipment clean, maintaining safety and meeting SLAs, while you learn designated cleaning areas, use of cleaning chemicals, and health and safety practices.

Pay/Salary: £13.45 per hour

Location: East Anglia

Requirement: Clean current UK Driving License

Note: You'll be paid for both travel time and time spent cleaning on-site. A company van and fuel card will be provided to support your travel.

In your new role as a Cleaner Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
