Job summary

Fusion People is offering a full-time Mobile Cleaning Supervisor role in Ellesmere Port (CH65 0BA). The position is temporary until 31 December, with hours between 5am and 8pm and an on-call rota for emergencies. Pay is £12.71 per hour PAYE.

You will supervise cleaning staff, plan schedules, order supplies via the Group Supervisor, audit standards, run toolbox talks, and ensure health and safety compliance while supporting training and development.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (travel between sites).
• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning/facilities management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervising cleaning staff and maintaining service standards.
• Planning/adjusting work schedules.
• Ordering supplies via the Group Supervisor.
• Escalating operational/staffing issues.
• Auditing compliance with company standards.
• Running monthly Toolbox Talks and one-to-ones with staff (performance, wellbeing, updates).
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
• Supporting team training and development.

Hours: Flexible, between 5am-8pm depending on business needs, plus participation in an on-call rota for emergency calls only.

Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE

Job type: TEMP, initially till 31st December
