Job summary

Kingdom Services Group in Bristol is seeking a professional Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple sites across the South, South West and Wales region. The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, strong customer service and the ability to work independently across locations.

• Provide planned and unplanned absence cover to maintain service continuity.
• Identify, report and elevate risks, incidents and service concerns.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain company vehicles and assets in line with company procedures.
• Complete one-off customer requests and additional chargeable services.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Produce accurate reports and management information when required.

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Bristol and surrounding areas

Salary: £28,072.09 per annum

Hours: 40 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday (Hours as Required)

The Role

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Mobile Supervisor to support multiple customer sites across the South, South West and Wales region.

As a Mobile Supervisor, you will act as a uniformed ambassador for Kingdom, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational compliance and customer satisfaction. You will travel between sites conducting audits, inspections and compliance checks, supporting colleagues, providing absence cover and ensuring service standards are consistently maintained.

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems and building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
