Job summary

A leading facilities services provider is looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee key contracts in Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will motivate cleaning teams, conduct inspections, and liaise with clients to ensure the highest service standard. A full UK driving license is required as a company vehicle will be provided. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License required.
• Experience managing cleaning teams is essential.
• Ability to use IT tools such as tablets and apps.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate cleaning operators for high service standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quotes using in-house system.
• Meet client representatives on-site.

About the job Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Supervisor to cover key customer contracts across Hemel Hempstead, Watford and Hatfield.

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week, 8am to 4.30pm

A Full UK Driving License is required, a company vehicle will be provided.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
• Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes
• Ensure works are delivered to the required standardsRepresent the business and meet client representatives on sites

What are we looking for?

• UK Manual Driving Licence
• Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
