Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team across multiple sites in Lincoln. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week at an hourly rate of £13.45. You will manage staff, deliver high-quality cleaning, provide training, and ensure Health & Safety procedures align with SLA commitments.

You will recruit, supervise and develop personnel, monitor stock and uniforms, and address issues professionally, reporting to the line manager as needed.
