Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to uphold excellent service standards and meet SLA requirements at BCHC, Birmingham Dental Hospital. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) is based on-site in Birmingham, England.

You will lead a cleaning team across multiple sites, deliver high-quality cleaning, provide training, and ensure health & safety compliance while managing stock and uniforms.

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and elevate to line manager when necessary.
