Job summary

Thirteen Group is hiring a Mobile Cleaner to service multiple occupancy buildings across the Tees Valley. You will follow planned schedules, maintaining clean and welcoming spaces and supporting customers with a friendly, professional approach.

Your shift pattern runs 7am–3pm Monday to Thursday and 7am–2:30pm on Fridays, with opportunities to grow in a supportive team. A full UK driving licence and COSHH awareness are beneficial.

Qualifications

• COSHH knowledge or willingness to develop it.
• Full manual UK driving licence is required to drive the company van.
• Comfortable using mobile technology to record jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks to agreed standards across Tees Valley buildings.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and waste management.
• Follow COSHH, health and safety procedures and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Identify and report maintenance issues affecting customers or building standards.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience with professional interactions.

Join us as a Mobile Cleaner at Thirteen Group!

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Mobile Cleaner tojoin a hardworking and supportive team that takes genuine pride in the service they provide.

Working across the Tees Valley, no two days are quite the same. You'll clean to planned schedules and help keep shared spaces clean and presentable.

Your shift pattern will be 7am to 3pm Monday - Thursday and 7am to 2:30pm on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and to agreed standards across our multiple occupancy buildings across the Tees Valley.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and waste management.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including COSHH requirements, lone working practices and the safe use of equipment and chemicals.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or concerns that may impact customers or building standards.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience through professional and respectful interactions.

About You:

• You'll take pride in delivering high standards and understand the importance of providing clean, safe and welcoming environments for customers.
• Knowledge of safe working practices and COSHH requirements or is willing to develop this knowledge.
• You'll be able to work flexibility on your own and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using mobile technology to record jobs or be willing to learn. We'll provide you with a mobile device and any cleaning equipment you need.
• You'll be able to manage your time effectively and work to planned schedules.
• A full manual UK driving licence along with the ability to drive a company provided van.
