Job summary

Home Group Limited in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a part-time Cleaning Operative to keep communal areas and properties spotless, and to prepare void rooms for new residents.

Permanent role, 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:00–16:00. Enhanced DBS check paid by us; great benefits including Health Cash Plan and generous pension.

Qualifications

• Some experience of general cleaning duties.
• A positive attitude and respect for customers, maintaining professional boundaries while showing kindness and understanding.
• Your ability to work on your initiative and as part of a team, making sure tasks are completed to a high standard.

Cleaning the Tyneside Foyer and Hawthorn House buildings,youll also work with the team on turning around void rooms effectively to house someone else who needs it.

The practical bits

• Permanent, part time (16 hpw)
• You'll work Monday to Friday between 10:00am -4:00pm.
• You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
