What you'll be doing...

As a Mobile Chef Manager, you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer, and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Travelling to multiple sites to support the business need
  • Motivating and managing a team
  • Controlling and managing a budget
  • Ensuring ongoing team communications, building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence

Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues. Candidates shortlisted for this role will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including Children's Barred List, and two suitable references.

Working Pattern:

Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, term time only (40 weeks)
