Summary
We’re looking for a commercially minded SEO PPC Consultant to lead our digital efforts in attracting new clients and growing our brand presence. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong digital marketing experience and a proven ability to drive client growth in a professional services environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with our business development, sales and leadership teams to ensure every campaign is targeted, measurable and aligned with commercial goals.
Improve search engine visibility across our website and social media channels to boost organic traffic and generate leads.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute and optimise targeted paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn) designed to attract and convert new clients.
Content Creation:
Design and publish high-quality digital content (ad copy, blog posts, landing pages, graphics) to support marketing campaigns and reinforce brand messaging.
Analytics & Reporting:
Develop clear performance metrics and dashboards to track campaign outcomes, measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
Commercial Alignment:
Work in close partnership with sales and business development teams to ensure all marketing activity supports priority sectors, key accounts and revenue targets.
Based in the UK or Ireland
Relevant experience in the professional consulting or recruitment industry
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and implementation
Hands-on experience with PPC advertising, includingGoogle Ads and LinkedIn Advertising
Track record in successfully using digital marketing to support client acquisition
Proficient with Canva or similar tools for content design and campaign visuals
Data-driven, with a good grasp of tools like Google Analytics or other marketing performance platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
