Location: Home based – UK (hours Mon – Fri 11:30am – 7:30pm)

Salary: Circa £27,000 – £35,000 + 10% bonus, private medical, pension scheme (5%), life assurance

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Software Support Consultant to join a leading provider of award-winning Project Management software. You will be part of the customer support team, delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Resolving issues related to product functionality, system configuration/setup, bugs, and enhancements.
  2. Serving as the primary support liaison between the company and customers.
  3. Conveying customer feedback to product development and quality assurance teams.

This is a fully remote role with working hours from 11:30am to 7:30pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a technical/software support role, with a flexible, adaptable attitude, and excellent organizational skills.
