Sodexo Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Catering Manager to support KEVIAT schools in the Birmingham area. This mobile role requires travel between sites, leading catering teams, ensuring food safety and service excellence, and adapting hours to meet operational needs.

The role is 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a typical pattern 8:00am–2:00pm, and includes mileage reimbursement. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing catering operations, ideally in education or high-volume service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Support operations across KEVIAT school sites.
• Provide leadership and guidance to catering teams.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service.
• Monitor food safety, health & safety and allergen management standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and cost management processes.
• Coach and develop colleagues.
• Provide operational support during periods of change, absence or increased demand.
• Build positive relationships with school staff, pupils and Sodexo teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with Sodexo policies and client requirements.
