Norse Catering is recruiting a Mobile Catering Assistant to cover Norwich, Hethersett and surrounding areas. The role is permanent, part-time, Term Time only, working 10am–2pm, Monday to Friday, with a driving license required.

You will help prepare and serve meals, maintain high hygiene standards, and support school staff and pupils in a friendly, engaging environment.

• Assist with setting up and tidying service areas before and after meals.

12.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday,hours between 10am and 2pm

Term Time Only.

Driving License Required.

As we continue to deliver our key frontline services across the region, we are looking to recruit a Mobile Catering Assistant to work around Norwich and Hethersett. This position is being offered on a permanent, part time basis, working Monday to Friday, between 10am and 2pm Term-Time only.

A day in the life:

You will become an integral part of the school team, supporting with the preparation and serving of lunches for young people and school staff, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for all.

Upholding our high level of hygiene and cleanliness is vital which includes setting up service areas from the kitchen or dining areas, so they are ready to enjoy mealtimes and tidying away once service is completed.

If you have previous catering experience, then we would love to hear from you.

However, we have worked hard to create an extensive induction and excellent training programmes that means if you enjoy home cooking and baking and have a passion for good food, we can help you learn to adapt to a commercial catering environment!
