Job summary

McCarthy Stone is recruiting a Mobile Care Assistant to support homeowners across Oakham and surrounding areas. The role combines personal care with domestic services in our care environments, working closely with managers to enhance residents' quality of life.

You will travel between developments, assist with daily activities, hygiene, and wellbeing, and help keep communal areas clean and welcoming. A UK driving license is essential; 25 hrs/week with a £15.08/hour base and evening uplift.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Flexible to rota including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic tasks to homeowners.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard.
• Offer social support and assist with transport/appointments.
• Travel between McCarthy Stone developments to deliver care.
