McCarthy & Stone is seeking a motivated Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in the Prestatyn area. You will travel between developments, delivering Personal Care and Domestic Services while supporting residents with daily activities and wellbeing.

Role requires a full UK driving license and access to your own car. The position offers an hourly rate of £14.50, with extra for evenings and weekends, and includes a probationary bonus of £300. Sponsorship is not available.

• Experience in a care environment preferred but full training provided
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Ability to manage time effectively and work flexibly
