Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking passionate Mobile Care Assistants to support homeowners in Malton, Easingwold and Pickering. This field-based role involves personal care, domestic tasks, and companionship, with travel between developments.

You will need a valid UK driving license and own car; driving expenses paid. Starting at £14.50 per hour, extra 0.30 per hour for evenings, and various shift patterns from 7am to 10pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment is preferred but full training is provided.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care desirable, not essential.
• Must have a valid UK driving license and access to own car; willing to travel between developments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and domestic services to homeowners.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and provide household support.
• Provide social activities support, transport arrangements and appointments.
• Travel between McCarthy & Stone developments as required.
