Times24 UK is hiring a Car Park Attendant to join our team in the Bromley, Croydon and Maidstone area. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) includes a mobile element and travel between multiple sites during shifts to ensure consistent service delivery across locations.

No prior customer service or security experience is required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are valued. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential, with weekend work possible.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Regulate vehicle entry and exit at sites.
• Perform regular patrols to ensure safety and security of the car park.
• Carry out grounds maintenance such as weeds, painting and cleaning.
• Paint walls, stairwells and bay lines; training provided.
• Support outdoor landscaping tasks including weeding and hedge trimming; training provided.

Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant!

This is a Fulltime role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 5 days per week including weekends due to the nature of the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

This role is based within the Bromley, Croydon and Maidstone areas and includes a mobile element. You’ll be required to travel to other nearby sites during your shift to provide operational support, ensuring consistent service delivery across the area. This makes it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.

• Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.

• Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.

• Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.

• Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).

• Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

What We're Looking For

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following will be beneficial:

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers

• Basic computer skills to operate site equipment

• A basic knowledge of smartphones is essential for this role to ensure communication accross internal channels

• Full Manual UK Driving Licence (essential)

• A flexible approach and willingness to travel between sites during shifts

• Ability to work independently across multiple locations
