TIMES24 UK LIMITED in Liverpool is seeking a friendly Car Park Attendant to deliver excellent customer service across our Capital sites. The role covers parking management, assistance to customers, and light grounds maintenance in a busy outdoor environment.

You will work Fridays to Sundays, 10:00–18:00, on a 24-hour week, with training provided. No prior experience required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are welcome.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
• Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
• Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
• Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
• Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
• Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
• Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

This is a Part Time time role, made up of 24 hours p.w, that will see you working Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on 10 am to 6pm shifts.
