Job summary

Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Mobile Building Services Supervisor to join our facilities team. The role supports the Site team in maintaining safe, clean and well‑kept school environments across academy sites, ensuring smooth operation of premises and timely responses to issues.

You will have knowledge of health and safety requirements, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and work with staff to uphold high standards of premises management.

  • Caretaking/cleaning experience preferred.
  • Driving licence advantageous.

Job description

Washwood Heath MAT,We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and proactive individual to join our dedicated facilities team as a Mobile Building Services Supervisor at Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our school premises, supporting the Site team in maintaining a high-quality environment for our students, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will provide flexible, high-quality estates and facilities support across multiple academy sites. They will ensure that school environments are safe, secure, clean and well maintained and will respond to site needs, emergencies and planned maintenance tasks. You should have a good knowledge of health and safety requirements. Previous caretaking/cleaning experience is preferred and driving licence advantageous. In return, we will offer you:
