Qualifications

• Previous experience in a multi-trade or fabric maintenance role.
• Strong practical skills and a can-do attitude.
• Carpentry or multi-trade background.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry - doors, locks and general woodwork.
• Basic plumbing - taps, toilets and basins.
• Painting and decorating - making good and touch-ups.
• General DIY and building repairs; planned and reactive maintenance.
