Job summary

Volantes Technical Recruitment Ltd in Luton seeks a skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join a Mobile Service Team based at Luton, with travel across the South of England and occasional worldwide locations. The role focuses on rapid response maintenance services, line station support, and carrying out certification work.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 B1 Licence with one of the listed type ratings and has extensive line/base certifying experience, including AOG

Qualifications

• Unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 B1 Licence with at least one of the listed type ratings.
• Extensive experience as a line/base certifying engineer with AOG support experience.
• Hold a valid Passport and UK Driving Licence; flexible to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Line Scheduled and Unscheduled/AOG service delivery/certification.
• Coordinate Line and AOG events to conclusion within a small team or individually.
• Ensure MST vehicle is provisioned, clean, and ready for service prior to leaving shift.
• Comply with GAEL Maintenance Organisation Expositions (EASA/CAA) procedures.
• Adhere to company health and safety policies and COSHH requirements.
