Job summary

Volantes Recruitment is hiring a B2 Licensed Engineer for a 7 on/7 off rotation in Oxford. The role involves line maintenance, rectifications on electrical and avionics, and frequent travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and defect rectification.

The ideal candidate should hold a UK CAA Part 66 B2 Licence with knowledge of Airbus Helicopters products, and a clean UK driving licence. A National Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• UK CAA Part 66 B2 Licence is essential.
• Knowledge of Airbus Helicopters products.
• Clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish maintenance inspections and rectifications on electrical and avionics systems.
• Use specialised test equipment to ensure the continued safe operation of the aircraft.
• Supervision of maintenance fitters and the certification of their work.
• Assist in day to day running of Hangar, including aircraft movement and housekeeping.
• Travel to customer locations for line maintenance and defect rectification.
• Understand and apply UK CAA Part 145, Part M and ANO requirements.
