Gymshark is seeking a frontend Automation Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team for mobile apps. This mid-level role focuses on owning automation suites for iOS and Android using Appium/Java, integrated into CI/CD to speed releases.

You'll work with mobile developers, automation engineers, and product teams to define test strategy, investigate failures, and raise our automation coverage and quality across the mobile stack.

Qualificações

• Experience building and maintaining full-code automation frameworks with Selenium/Appium.
• Solid programming skills in an Object Oriented language (Java preferable).
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).
• Experience running automated tests on CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Methodical, quality-first mindset with attention to edge cases.
• Strong communication across engineering, QE, and product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Add and maintain automated tests for iOS and Android apps in Java using Appium.
• Integrate mobile automation into CI/CD pipelines for fast releases.
• Collaborate to define test strategy and identify automation coverage gaps.
• Investigate failures and drive fixes to improve reliability.
• Contribute to code reviews and share best practices across mobile team.
• Report on test coverage and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Explore AI tooling to speed up test creation and triage.
