Job summary

Snows Group is seeking a Mobile Cosmetic Paint Technician to refinish paint work—including wheels—on vehicles at dealership sites, from mobile facilities across the Hampshire region. You will manage the preparation through to completion, ensuring a high standard of repair and safety compliance.

This permanent/full‑time role offers a salary of £55,000 with uncapped OTE and competitive benefits, reporting to the Smart Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing cars for painting through to refinishing and completion.
• Full Driving Licence required.
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct paint repair is performed on damaged vehicles.
• Select and apply the correct paint and perform preparation before painting.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure good working order and report defects.
• Follow job cards for repaint work.
• Use PPE and maintain safety at the facility.
• Supervise other team members as necessary.
• Report problems to the SMART Ops Manager and liaise with other departments.
• Manage workflow and costs for repairs.
• Discuss repair requirements with Dealerships.
• Document repairs completed in Auto Pad.
