Job summary

GO Smart is seeking a Mobile SMART Repair Technician to perform paint and alloy wheel repairs at customers' homes across designated UK areas. You will start from home and operate in a company van, triaged jobs, and deliver high-quality repairs with excellent customer experience.

The role offers a strong commission-based earning potential up to £55,000 OTE, a standard Monday–Friday schedule, and company-provided equipment. Prior automotive paint or SMART repair experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in automotive paint spraying or SMART repair.
• Experience repairing alloy wheels would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mobile cosmetic repairs at customers' homes following insurance claims.
• Repair minor scuffs, scratches, paint blemishes, stone chips, wings and doors, cosmetic alloy wheels.
