Job summary

Snows Group is seeking a Bodyshop Paint Technician for the Accident Repair Centre in Southampton. You will refinish vehicles from prep to finish, ensuring top-quality repairs and adherence to job cards, while maintaining the paint room and safety standards.

The role offers a highly competitive salary (£70,000 OTE uncapped), full training, and progression opportunities within Snows Motor Group. Monday to Friday shift pattern with generous holiday entitlements and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Refinish paint work on vehicles in the workshop from prep to completion.
• Ensure correct paint repair and selection of paint.
• Maintain paint room and equipment; report defaults to management.
• Follow job card instructions for re-paint and use PPE to minimize accidents.
• Supervise other team members as necessary and liaise with other departments.
