Quarter Short Lets in Bristol is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee a busy housekeeping team across a portfolio of short-let and Airbnb properties. This mobile role requires driving between properties, with a base at our Clifton head office and potential travel to Bath.

You will manage rotas, train staff, oversee inspections, and ensure high standards of cleaning and guest readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Strong organisational skills and reliability.
• Leadership skills to support and train a team.
• Willingness to drive between properties and work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Organise housekeeping rotas and daily workloads.
• Create cleaning checklists for new properties and housekeepers.
• Train and support new team members.
• Carry out property inspections across Clifton Short Lets and Host360.
• Hold one-to-one meetings with cleaners and monitor performance.
• Monitor supplies and ensure health and safety checks are completed.
