Job summary

Quarter Short Lets, Bristol-based, seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Operations Manager to support a growing portfolio of short‑let and Airbnb properties. This mobile role is based at Clifton Head Office with duties across Bristol and future Bath properties.

28–30 hours weekly with a varied, hands‑on remit and opportunities to lead a busy team. You’ll coordinate rotas, train staff, perform property inspections and assist with cleaning during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Strong organisational skills and reliability.
• Attention to detail and high standards.
• Leadership to train team.
• Willingness to clean when needed.
• Good communication and people skills.
• UK driving license.
• Willing to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Organise housekeeping rotas and daily workloads.
• Train and support new team members.
• Inspect properties and ensure readiness.
• Assist with cleaning during busy periods.
• Monitor standards via guest feedback and logs.
• Travel between Bristol properties and Bath in the future.
• Oversee housekeeping when the manager is away.
• Assist with health and safety checks.
