Job Responsibilities

1. Provide clear direction, guidance, training, and support to all employees within your designated area.
2. Oversee the execution of tasks and workflows to ensure high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
3. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership to sustain efficiency and productivity across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide operatives to achieve service levels.
• Perform regular checks and cleaning in specified areas.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests.
• Conduct periodic carpet cleaning and spring cleaning as per specifications.
• Assist the Sector Manager in recruitment and vetting processes.
• Follow company procedures and systems as outlined in the Employment Handbook.
• Adhere to Client’s security procedures and policies at all times.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Manage and maintain all consumable stocks at each site.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing teams.

• Proven track record of success in similar roles.
