Qualifications

Significant hands‑on experience as a senior software engineer in the mobile space.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and inspire Engineering Managers and teams, fostering a strong learning culture and high-quality standards.
Partner with Product, Delivery and Technology leadership to shape strategy and roadmaps.
Drive technical excellence and modern engineering practices including automation, architecture design, and AI adoption.
Own sub-domain outcomes and health, setting OKRs and ensuring reliability.
Champion innovation and agile ways of working across squads.
