Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of active engineering experience; Kotlin/Java proficiency.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a complex tech environment.
• Proven design and deployment of enterprise-grade assets and cross-platform integration.
• Experience with Scrum/Kanban and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering for mobile backend services and platform governance.
• Own technical direction, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Mentor teams, drive improvements, and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of customer-facing apps and internal tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to define solutions and drive technical maturity.
