Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of active engineering experience; Kotlin/Java proficiency.
2+ years leadership experience in a complex tech environment.
Proven design and deployment of enterprise-grade assets and cross-platform integration.
Experience with Scrum/Kanban and agile practices.

Responsibilities

Lead software engineering for mobile backend services and platform governance.
Own technical direction, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Mentor teams, drive improvements, and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure reliability and scalability of customer-facing apps and internal tools.
Collaborate with leadership to define solutions and drive technical maturity.
