Job summary

Westwood Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning installation engineer to join a proactive engineering team. You will provide national coverage, working across UK sites with overnight stays arranged by the company, installing split units, VRV systems and AHU equipment.

The ideal candidate has air conditioning installation experience, a clean UK driving license, good communication, and the ability to work well on your own or in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in air conditioning installations.
• Good knowledge of mechanical installations.
• Full clean UK driving license.
• Good communication skills.
• Can work alone or in a team.
• Basic knowledge of using a smart phone.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning systems at client sites.
• Provide national coverage across UK sites.

Job description

Summary The role is for a Mobile Air Conditioning installation engineer. You will be a member of a successful, proactive engineering team, providing national coverage to support the completion of projects to our blue chip customers. The role will involve working throughout various key sites in the UK, with overnight stays covered by the company. The role will cover installation of, Split Units, VRV's, AHU's.

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to be part of a forward-thinking mechanical engineering team, is looking to learn and develop new skills, and someone who is keen to be part of a fast-growing company. My client is focused on long term objectives and would look to improve individual skills and offer future training as they build for their future success platform.

Basic skills required:

Must have

• Experience in Air Conditioning installations.
• Good knowledge and recent experience of mechanical installations
• Good communication skills
• Good attitude and work ethic.
• Can work well alone or in a team
• Basic knowledge of using a smart phone
• Full clean UK driving license

Would be beneficial to have

• Cscs card
• Ipaf
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
