Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer for a mobile role covering Leicester and surrounding areas. You will maintain, service and repair a range of HVAC systems, including split systems and VRF/VRV units, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

The package includes a competitive salary up to £48,000 per annum, a van and fuel card, 40-hour weeks from Monday to Friday, and 25 days of leave plus holidays.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in facilities management.
F-Gas Cat 1 Regulations certification held.
Full UK driving licence required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance and repair.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain, service and troubleshoot split systems, VRV/VRF and chillers.
Perform routine maintenance such as coil cleaning and filter replacement.
Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults to minimise downtime.
Inspect HVAC systems and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with colleagues and contractors for complex repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
